L'Eucharistie du Bicentenaire de fondation 
des Soeurs de la Charité de Saint-Louis est présidée
 par un des membres de la Congrégation 
des Frères de Saint-Jean à la desserte Saint-Hyacinthe (environ 25 k  de Poponguine).


The Eucharist of the Bicentenay of the foundation 
of the Sisters of the Charity of St.Louis 
is presided by one of the members of the Congregation 
of the Brothers of St. John, at the chapel St-Hyacinthe (around 25 km from Poponguine).

L'icône sur le mur représentant saint Hyacinthe a été remise par le Pape Jean-Paul II lors de sa visite en 1992.

(The icon on the wall representing St. Hyacinthe has been handed in by Pope John Paul II on the occasion 
of his visit in 1992.  

Soeur Marie Blais, c.s.l., en compagnie de collaborateur et collaboratrices : une dame de l'organisme qui vient en aide aux handicapés, une enseignante au Centre de Promotion Féminine, un catéchiste qui sert d'interprète pour les langues du pays.

Sr. Marie Blais, s.c.l., with her colleagues:  a member of an organization to help handicapped, a teacher at the Center for the Promotion of Women, a catechist who works as interpreter of the country languages.

Une partie de l'assistance (chrétiens et musulmans) dans la cour de la desserte, sous une bâche  protectrice, au moment où les autorités du village offrent leurs souhaits.
